These terms apply when you use programs.betterhealthnexus.com, request a free guide, buy a product, or use any program from Nutritene Global LLC, doing business as Better Health Nexus ("Better Health Nexus," "we," "us"), including Glucose Mastery. By using the site or buying a product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Educational purpose only
Please read this section. This content is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. George A. Watkins holds a Master of Science in Public Health and is not a licensed physician, registered dietitian, or clinical healthcare provider. Always consult your licensed healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, exercise routine, or supplement intake, particularly if you have an existing medical condition or are taking prescription medications. If you have diabetes or take any medication for blood sugar, use these materials alongside your doctor's treatment plan, never instead of it, tell your doctor before you change how or when you eat, and never change a medication on your own.
Using our materials does not create a doctor and patient relationship or any other healthcare relationship with George A. Watkins or Better Health Nexus. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911 or your doctor right away. Talk to your doctor before you start any new exercise, especially if you have heart, joint or other health conditions.
Results
Any results we describe, including George A. Watkins's own A1c results, are individual results. They are not typical, and they are not a promise or prediction of what you will experience. Your results depend on many factors, including your health, your doctor's care, and how you apply the material. We do not guarantee any health outcome, lab value or weight change.
Who can use the site
You must be at least 18 years old and able to agree to these terms. You are responsible for keeping your account login private and for activity under your account.
Purchases and pricing
- Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout, and you pay the price shown there at the time you buy.
- We may offer a product at a lower price on a specific page or for a specific time. That price applies only where and when it is offered and cannot be applied to past or future purchases.
- Payments are processed by our payment processors through our platform provider, Kajabi.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Your license to use our materials
When you get a free guide or buy a product, we give you a personal, non-transferable license to download, print and use it for your own household. You may not share, resell, republish, upload, or distribute our materials, or use them to teach or coach others, without our written permission. All content on the site and in our products, including text, recipes, meal plans, designs and images, belongs to Nutritene Global LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Better Health Nexus® is a registered trademark of Nutritene Global LLC. Glucose Mastery™ and the names of our methods and tools are trademarks of Nutritene Global LLC.
Recipes, food and exercise
Recipes list their ingredients so you can check for allergies and food sensitivities, and you are responsible for doing so. Nutrition figures are estimates calculated from standard food data and will vary with brands, portions and preparation. Follow safe food handling practices. Exercise at a level that is safe for you, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.
Your messages to us
If you send us a question, comment or story, you agree that we may use it to answer you and to improve our programs. We will never publish your name, photo, story or results as a testimonial without your separate written permission.
Acceptable use
Please do not misuse the site. That includes trying to access accounts or areas that are not yours, interfering with the site's operation, copying content in bulk, or using the site for anything unlawful.
Third-party services
Our site runs on Kajabi, and payments run through third-party processors. Their own terms and privacy policies also apply when you use them. We are not responsible for services we do not control.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site and our materials are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. We do not promise that the site will always be available or error free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Nutritene Global LLC, Better Health Nexus, and their owners, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any health outcome, arising from your use of the site or our materials. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or a product will not exceed the amount you paid us for that product. Some states do not allow certain limits on liability, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
Indemnity
If you misuse the site or our materials, or break these terms, you agree to cover reasonable losses and costs, including legal fees, that we incur as a result.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law rules. If you have a concern, please email support@betterhealthnexus.com first so we can try to resolve it. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Albany County, New York, and you and we agree to those courts' jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date and will apply from that date forward. Purchases you already made stay under the terms that applied when you bought.
