Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Nutritene Global LLC, doing business as Better Health Nexus ("Better Health Nexus," "we," "us") collects through programs.betterhealthnexus.com, our emails and our programs, including Glucose Mastery, how we use it, and the choices you have.

The short version: we collect your name and email so we can send what you asked for, and payment details only through our payment processor. We do not sell your personal information. You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information at any time.

What we collect

Information you give us: your name and email address when you request a free guide or join a waitlist; your name, email, billing address and order details when you buy; and anything you choose to write to us, such as email replies or questions.
Payment information: card and payment details are collected and processed by our payment processors (such as Stripe or PayPal) through our platform provider, Kajabi. We do not see or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically: when you visit our pages or open our emails, our platform collects standard technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and whether an email was opened or a link was clicked. This is done with cookies and similar technologies.

Health information you choose to share

Our programs are about blood sugar and lifestyle habits. We do not ask you to send us lab results, diagnoses or other health information, and you do not need to share any to use our materials. If you choose to share health information with us, for example in an email reply, we use it only to answer you, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell or share it. Better Health Nexus is an educational business, not a healthcare provider, so the federal health privacy law that applies to doctors and insurers (HIPAA) does not apply to us. We still treat what you share with care.

How we use your information

To deliver what you asked for, such as a free guide, a purchase or access to your library
To send you emails about Glucose Mastery and our other health and wellness programs and products, which you can stop at any time
To process payments and refunds, and to keep records required for tax and accounting
To answer your questions and provide customer support
To understand how our pages and emails perform so we can improve them
To prevent fraud, and to comply with the law

Emails and how to stop them

When you request a free guide, you agree to receive emails from us, including educational emails and offers. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. You can also email support@betterhealthnexus.com and ask to be removed. If you buy something, we may still send you messages about that purchase, such as receipts and access details, after you unsubscribe from marketing.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

We and our platform use cookies to keep you signed in, run checkout and measure how pages perform. We may also use advertising tools from companies such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google, which use cookies or similar technology to measure ad results and show our ads to people who have visited our pages. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can manage ad preferences in your Meta and Google account settings. Blocking cookies may stop some parts of the site, such as checkout or login, from working.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed for them to do that work:

Kajabi, which hosts our site, pages, library and email
Payment processors such as Stripe and PayPal
Analytics and advertising providers as described above
Professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers, where needed
Authorities, if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others
A buyer or successor, if our business or its assets are sold or transferred, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as you are on our email list or have access to a product, and afterward for as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

How we protect it

Our site runs on secure connections (HTTPS), payments are handled by established payment processors, and access to customer information is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can unsubscribe from emails at any time. To make a request, email support@betterhealthnexus.com. We will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy law, and we will honor them. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

Children

Our programs are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, email support@betterhealthnexus.com and we will delete it.

Visitors outside the United States

We are based in the United States and our service providers store information in the United States. If you visit from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or with a notice on our site.
