Refund Policy
Effective October 22, 2026
The short version: if you buy the Glucose Mastery Toolkit and decide it is not for you, email support@betterhealthnexus.com within 30 days of your purchase and you get a full refund. No forms, no conditions.
The Glucose Mastery Toolkit
The Glucose Mastery Toolkit is a set of digital guides sold at $67 on the page shown after you request the free guide, and at $97 everywhere else. The same refund terms apply at either price.
- How long you have: 30 days from the date of purchase.
- How to ask: email support@betterhealthnexus.com from the email address you used at checkout, or tell us that address in your message. A one-line note is enough. You do not need to give a reason.
- What you get back: the full amount you paid, returned to your original payment method.
- How long it takes: we process refund requests within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take another 5 to 10 business days to show the credit.
- Your access: once a refund is issued, access to the Toolkit library ends. Please delete any copies you downloaded.
The free 7-Day Quick Start Guide
The 7-Day Quick Start Guide is free, so there is nothing to refund. It stays yours either way.
Coaching and future programs
Coaching and any future program may have their own refund terms. Where they do, those terms will be shown clearly on the offer page and at checkout before you pay, and they apply to that purchase in place of this policy.
After 30 days
Requests made more than 30 days after purchase are not eligible for a refund, except where the law requires otherwise. If you have a problem with a product, such as a file that will not open, email us at any time and we will make it right.
Before you dispute a charge
If something went wrong with a payment, please email support@betterhealthnexus.com first. Most issues are quick to fix, and a refund through us is faster than a dispute through your bank.
